Current Charter Petition
Effective July 1, 2021, all charter schools whose term expires on or between January 1, 2022, and June 30, 2025, shall have their term extended by three years pursuant to Education Code Section 47607.4. The term for the CVCHS Charter Petition has been extended to the 2027-28 School Year.
