CVCHS GETS RENEWED IN 3 – 2 VOTE!
Last night, Wednesday, Dec. 11th, the CCCBOE voted 3 – 2 to renew the CVCHS charter for another five years!
Clayton Valley families, students and staff filled the room and front entrance of the building to witness the County Board meeting as board members asked questions about our process, enjoyed CV’s famous street tacos and listened to countless stories of our school and the impact it’s had on the lives of our students.
In the end, three board members voted “yes” and 2 board members voted “no” on the renewal! CVCHS will now work with County staff and board on a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) around issues brought up by individual board members.
Congratulations to all on a massive team effort!!
