Checked Out Chromebook Damage Charges

If a school-issued Chromebook is damaged while checked out to a student, either accidentally or intentionally, the following charges will be applied to the student's library account based on the type of damage that was incurred.
All damage will be assessed by the IT department.
Power Issue (Chromebook won't charge or turn on)
No charge
Missing charger
Keyboard issues (Key(s) stop working)
No charge
Trackpad issues (cursor missing or not moving)
No charge
Cracked/Damaged screen
Missing/broken keys on keyboard
Damaged Web Camera
Lost or damaged beyond repair (broken screen hinge, broken body etc.)
Any other damage
To be determined by the IT department
