PARENTS OF GRADUATED SENIOR STUDENTS

 

FINAL OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT INFORMATION

 

           Please note that final official transcripts have been sent to the college or university that students indicated in Naviance.  Please allow one week after June 20th for the college/university to receive and process the transcript.  If there are questions regarding the college processing timeline, please check the college portal or call the Admissions Office.  Typically, final transcripts are not due to 4-year colleges or universities until July 1st .

 

        If a student needs a transcript for a community college, please come to the CVCHS Main Office between 8:00AM and 3:00PM

 

 

Below is information on how to check Final Transcript status for a 4-year college/university in ‘NAVIANCE’

 

Log into NAVIANCE
  • Go to CVCHS web site (www.claytonvalley.org)
  • Go to Offices then Counseling tab
  • Go to the Naviance tab and Log in
  • User name = 1st letter of your 1st name & 1st letter of your last name & your student ID#, letters are all caps.
  • Password = clayton (all lower case)

 

Check Final Transcript Status
  • Go to “My Favorites” on the main menu
  • Click on “Colleges I’m Applying To”
  • Look at the college you will be attending
  • Look under “Office Materials”
  • Status should be “Final Submitted”
  • Disregard “Transcripts” – “no request” - the Counseling Office has sent the transcript under “Final Submitted”

college  application, Log onto Naviance and fill out the "Brag Sheet" and request Letter of Recommendation on Naviance..
 
AWPE (UC) Testing 
ALL STUDENTS who will enter the University of California as freshmen must demonstrate their command of the English language by fulfilling the Entry Level Writing Requirement.  To find out more on how to meet this requirement go to   http://www.ucop.edu/elwr/
EPT & ELM (CSU) Testing

The university will expand its use of multiple measures to assess academic readiness of students. These measures include, but are not limited to, high school grades and GPA, grades in collegiate courses, ACT and SAT scores, Advanced Placement test scores and Smarter Balanced Assessment scores.
