NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM


Clayton Valley Charter High School is pleased to offer the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) for all students that qualify. This year our school lunch prices are $2.50 for breakfast and $4.00 for lunch. If you qualify for the NSLP your meals are either free or .30 for breakfast and .40 for lunch. Below is the financial chart with income eligibility guidelines for the 2018/2019 school year. Our application process is now online. Click on the link below to access your application.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at the Filing a Program Discrimination Complaint as a USDA Customer page 

and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call 866-632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
