Our medical, dental, and vision benefits are excellent! CVCHS covers 80-100% of medical insurance costs depending on the plan you select and 100% of dental and vision insurance costs.
CVCHS participates in the California State Retirement Systems. Team members participate in the State Teachers’ Retirement System (CalSTRS) or Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) benefit programs. In conjunction with the team member’s contribution, CVCHS also provides an employer contribution to these retirement systems.
CVCHS offers Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for health and dependent care. Health FSA may be used for the reimbursement of eligible medical expenses for you, your spouse or dependents. Dependent Care FSA can be used to reimburse a participant for eligible dependent care expenses.
Employee Assistance Program. CVCHS offers all benefits-eligible team members confidential assistance through the Unum Employee Assistance Program (EPA).
CVCHS offers Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefits for all benefit-eligible team members to give your family peace of mind if anything should happen to you (up to $25,000).
