Eric DuBois - Dean of Students
Eric DuBois is new to the CVCHS team. Prior to CVCHS Eric worked at Fremont High School in Oakland, California as a Case Manager. He has over twenty years of experience working with high school students and supporting students access and engagement with their education. He was a district trainer for case management and counseling services, and is trained in restorative and trauma-informed practices. Eric went to Cal State Hayward for his undergraduate studies, and attended JFK University for his graduate studies. Eric is an East Bay native and graduate of Mount Diablo High School. Eric enjoys golf, video games, playing guitar and recently adopted a cat.
Kris Kallas - Discipline Assistant
Kris has been working in the office at Clayton Valley full time since 2017 and as an office substitute and volunteer in the since 2013. Prior to that she attended Cañada College, worked in the computer leasing industry, was a girl scout leader, art docent, and room mom. Kris is a proud mother of three daughters who all graduated from Clayton Valley and finds that her time volunteering at her daughter's various schools and life lessons gained raising her daughters, has provided the experience needed to support both the students and staff at CV. Outside of CV, Kris enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors.
Alison Pettit - Director
Alison will be starting her third year at Clayton Valley as a Director. Alison attended UC Davis for her undergraduate studies, and Loyola University of Maryland and Towson University for her graduate studies and administrative credentialing. Prior to Clayton Valley Alison was a teacher, School Counselor and administrator in Baltimore, Maryland and Oakland, California. Alison is a Clayton Valley graduate and is passionate about supporting all students during their time at Clayton Valley. Outside of Clayton Valley Alison enjoys spending time with her family and eating pizza.
