Are you coming on-site today? If you answered yes to any of the questions on the COVID-19 Self Screen, you cannot return to CVCHS on-site until you're cleared to do so. Follow these 3 simple steps:

• Use the COVID-19 Symptom & Positive Test Reporting Form to notify CVCHS immediately.

 

• FOR STAFF:  If you're unable to work remotely, you must enter your absence into our absence management system (AESOP for teachers, Helios for all other staff).

 

 

• If you have not already done so, we encourage you to get tested. Please see below.
