Submitting A Work Order

For Room Needs only 

Step 1 - List your name, contact information (phone or email) 

Step 2 - Select Location (CVCHS), Building and Area/Room Number

Step 3 - Choose Problem Type (optional)

Step 4 - Short note to describe the problem and location within the room.

Step 5 - Upload attachment (optional)

Step 6 - Submittal password = cvchs

 

Email Operations Department to request Facility Use.
